One of my favorite ad based tricks with Facebook has been using their remarketing lists in conjunction with sales. By simply adding Facebook’s tracking pixel on your website, it will keep track of Facebook users that visit your site over X amount of days, even if they haven’t liked your page. Then when you create an ad campaign, you can target that list of users.
As you can see in the image above, the cost per click on these ads are incredibly low, and the click through rate is nearly double that of standard ads.
