One of the most important pieces of the client packet was a form asking the customer how they wanted their deed written. Unfortunately on top of it not originally being branded it was confusing and often filled out incorrectly. I worked with our graphic designer to redesign the form making it easier to fill out and drawing attention to the sections that were most often filled out incorrectly.
